采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：学生安全守护平台项目是绍兴市政府统一部署的民生工程。上虞区智安校园学生安全守护平台2021年启动建设，依托覆盖全市域的RFID物联网，以中小学学生在家门与校门间的位置信息记录和进出校门无感考勤为基础，实现家长端的学生考勤信息推送、位置信息查询、近家提醒、行程异常提醒、重点区域安全提醒等全覆盖管理，以及教师端的考勤实时查询、考勤情况分析和公告信息发布等功能。自2021学年至2023学年由浙江绍兴安邦护卫有限公司通过单一来源采购方式提供相关服务。
