1、成交公告发布之日起同时发出成交（未成交）通知书，请成交人及时办理领取成交通知书等相关手续,并在规定的时间内与采购单位签订政府采购合同（合同应在福建省政府采购系统公告）；未成交人可领取未成交通知书。
2、福建省古兴建设集团有限公司、福建省禹澄建设工程有限公司、龙腾建设集团有限公司应答文件中未提供符合“第三章采购内容及要求二、技术要求4.6条款”的评审材料，符合性评审未通过。
3、福建省聚利建设工程有限公司最终报价超时未响应，其提交的相应文件和报价被否决。
